Important Notes for participants whose papers are accepted:
 
1. In order to participate in the symposium and present the accepted presentation, it is necessary to pay both registration and accommodation fee. If one of these is missing, the application will be invalid.
 
2. Participants who will not stay at the hotel have to pay a non-accommodation registration fee in addition to symposium registration fee. If one of these is missing, the application will be invalid.
 
3. Both symposium and accommodation registration fees should be credited to relevant accounts until 31 July 2019.
 
4. If co-author of a presentation will participate the symposium, each participant is required to pay both registration and accommodation fees. Any participant may present only two presentations.
Registration Fee and Included Services
Registration fee:                
Academics (Faculty members) - 400 Turkish Liras
Research assistants, lecturers, teachers and graduate students - 200 Turkish Liras
Audiences - 50 Turkish Liras


Included services:       
Symposium bag (summary booklet, symposium program, notepad, pen, etc.) tea, coffee and refreshments.
Payment Information
The bank account information for symposium registration fee is given below. You are kindly requested to enter the following textual information as to the transaction details section of the wire transfer / electronic funds transfer transaction through which they will be sending the participation fee: “TURKBILMAT – Presentation Number – Name of Corresponding Author”.
